Lung Transplant

I was reading an article today about a women 28 years of age british women whom suffered from Cystic fibrosis recieved a pair of lungs earlier this year. This sounds great but her and her family later found out that the lungs came from a person that was a smoker for thirty years. This is terrible that they didn't notify the family that they were recieving lungs that were damaged already. All of this lead to the death of this young girl because she developed pneumonia and died. I hope that they will come up with some new rules and regulations that will prevent this from happening again.
